REFUNDS & RETURNS
In the unlikely event of an item arriving having been damaged in transit please advise us immediately by emailing email@example.com
to get instructions on how to return the damaged item for a replacement. All prints leave us in perfect condition, in heavy duty postal tubes unless otherwise stated. Please do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged. Please note, Abstract Aerial Art accepts no liability for damage caused whilst unpacking or unrolling your print. (There are clear unpacking and care instructions included.) Any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect our ability to replace your order.
All items are clear to view on the website, however, you should be aware that colours may vary slightly from the way they appear on your screen when printed.
30 Day Returns Policy
The images are all clearly displayed on our website, and we are confident that you will be delighted with your new Art. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date on your order, providing it is returned in the original packaging, undamaged and in a state suitable for resale. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if these terms and conditions are not met. Please note, all items must be returned at your own cost. if you return an item we advice you to obtain Proof of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods to our address without it.
