We do not accept returns for any items unless they are damaged in transit. All prints are custom printed to order.

In the unlikely event of an item arriving having been damaged in transit, please advise us within 2 working days by emailing to get instructions on how to return the damaged item for a replacement.

All prints leave us in perfect condition, in heavy duty postal tubes unless otherwise stated. Please do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged in transit. Any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect our ability to replace your order. Please note, Abstract Aerial Art Ltd accepts no liability for damage caused whilst unpacking or unrolling your print.
